Tami E. Dover, 46, of 411 Spring St., Willard, pleaded guilty Friday to an amended count of trafficking in 3-methylfentanyl. During the same hearing, she was fined $250 and ordered to pay $250 in reimbursement.
Discretionary jail time means her probation officer has the option of when to impose part or all of the sentence at any time without a hearing.
In a separate hearing Wednesday, Stacy R. Cole, 27, of Shelby, pleaded guilty to one count each of trafficking in heroin in the vicinity of a juvenile and possession of heroin. As part of a plea deal, prosecutors dismissed two counts of trafficking in drugs and three charges of trafficking in a counterfeit controlled substance.
Cole remains out on a personal recognizance bond, which means she signed a court document and promised to appear for every hearing without paying any money. She will be sentenced Nov. 15.
